Eating Plan:
  • Calorie counting and aim for 30/30/30
  • Explore new foods!  I always eat the same foods and have hardly any variety in my diet.  Whenever I eat anything remotely different from my go-to foods, I tend to think its amazing.  I will include a wider variety of foods in my diet to expand my palate.
  • Stop eating 4 hours before bed (only drinks like tea or soymilk)

Exercise Plan:
  • p90x-I will finish the first round that I've really botched and then complete a second round!
  • Walks, runs, and in general being more active in my day.  I lead a very sedentary lifestyle when I'm not working, which tends to lead to more eating
